This prayer, this intercessory prayer—someone praying for me when I didn’t even know I needed it, is what I feel helped mold me into the person I am today. I look back on situations, things I did when I was younger, and wonder how I survived. I have come to believe that I am alive today thanks to the prayers of those who came before me.
